How do you guys think we should limit this? Obviously the Articles allow dimensional travel, and The Order seems to have figured out a way to do it(The gold discs that FA reffered to). Stolen's character was also allowed to warp too, since Noah noticed a gold ring in the fountain where she appeared it could be possible that she got ahold of one of these rings? Just a theory.

But if the order can do this then there's probably lots of other dimensions that have figured out how to do this, also lots of ones that haven't. So Theoretically there could be many other organizations out there that have the capability.
